- Go to the Monthly Subscription tab at the top of the page.
- Navigate to the flavor of coffee you want to order
- Select your options for grind and caffeination
- Select the quantity
- Click “Sign Up Now”
If you want multiple flavors or grinds/caffeination shipped monthly:
- Return to the Monthly Subscription tab at the top of the page to make your next selection
- Navigate to the flavor of coffee you want to order
- Complete the options for grind, caffeination and quantity
- Click “Sign Up Now” to add the second choice to the cart.
- When you have selected all your choices, click on the “View Cart” button on the upper right of the page to review your order. Need to make a change, click on the “How to Make a Change” button on the top left of the View Cart page.
Note: It is on this page where you can also make a donation. - When all looks good, click on “Proceed to Checkout” at the bottom right of the page. On the Checkout page, complete the Billing Detail section. If the “Ship To” address is different than the billing address, click on “Ship to a Different Address” at the bottom left of the page and enter the ship to information. Also, at the bottom left of the page is a box where, if you wish, you can enter a note. And at the very bottom left of the page, you can enter a group code. Then on the bottom right of the page, enter your payment information and click on “Place Order”
Note: An account is required for subscriptions
Returning customers will be prompted to login to their account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one during checkout.
For example, to order 3 pounds of Colombian Supremo regular espresso grind and 2 pounds of Southern Pecan decaf whole bean, first select the monthly subscription product for Colombian Supremo, and add it to the cart. Then navigate to the monthly subscription product for Southern Pecan decaf; select your options and add it to the cart. Once you check out, both flavors will be included in your subscription.

You can subscribe to automatic monthly coffee shipments sent to your home or office, so you can receive your order of Saint Basil coffee on a regular basis without a second thought, at the same time each month.
Customers receive a 10% discount, reflected in the subscription price. The minimum term for a subscription is three (3) months.
Coffee subscriptions are automatically processed monthly on the date of the original subscription order. For example, if you place a subscription order on October 5, that order will be processed when received, and your next order will be automatically processed on November 5 or the first business day following November 5, then monthly thereafter until you wish to no longer receive your subscription order and cancel your subscription.
Cancel your subscription at any time after three shipments. Login to your account to manage your subscription, and select Cancel and then Update. Cancelling subscriptions only applies to future shipments that have not been charged or shipped that month.
Absolutely! We love our customers, and your continued support allows us to continue to fund missions abroad. If at any point you would like to resume your subscription, make your selections as a new order from the Monthly Subscription page, and we’ll start sending you fresh coffee right away.
Unfortunately, customers cannot modify subscriptions through their account.
You may cancel and create a new subscription through your account.
